Terms & Conditions — suka28 Player Agreement

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on suka28, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, and active contact details.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by suka28 or any recognized responsible gaming program.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, director, or officer of suka28 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

suka28 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be demonstrated to our satisfaction.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the suka28 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address that you own and have sole access to.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. suka28 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Provide your full legal name exactly as it appears on your KTP — this name must match the name on your linked bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported Indonesian banks).
• Immediately notify suka28 customer support of any unauthorized access to your account or suspected security breach.

suka28 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by a Player's failure to maintain account security. Account sharing with third parties is prohibited; each Player bears full responsibility for all activity conducted through their registered account.

To maintain the integrity of our platform, comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards, and prevent underage gambling, suka28 implements a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players must complete KYC before their first withdrawal request is approved; suka28 may also require KYC completion before processing large deposits or redeeming high-value bonuses.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) — front and back. The document must be valid, unaltered, and legible.
• Proof of Residence: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address, dated within the past three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of your registered bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other supported institutions) confirming the account name matches your registration name.

suka28 processes KYC documents within two (2) business days under normal circumstances. Accounts pending KYC review may have withdrawal functionality temporarily restricted. Documents are stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. suka28 will never share your KYC documents with third parties for marketing purposes.

5.1 Deposits. suka28 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp):

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon bank confirmation. suka28 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply th eir own transfer fees; please consult your payment provider for details.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC completion. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 (higher limits available for verified VIP members)
• Standard processing time: within 15 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (09:00–24:00 WIB)
• Off-peak withdrawals (00:00–09:00 WIB) may take up to 3 hours
• Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered under the same name as your suka28 account — third-party transfers are strictly prohibited

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering. suka28 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers our internal AML thresholds. Players must not use the suka28 platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime. Any account suspected of AML violations will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities.

5.4 Deposit Refunds. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account balance and wagered. Unplayed deposits may be refunded to the original payment source upon written request to our support team, subject to identity verification and processing fees where applicable.

suka28 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the individual promotion terms) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 30x (deposit + bonus) unless stated otherwise.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10–20%; sports betting contributes 50%; togel contributes 100%. Specific rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Validity: All bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly permitted by suka28. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, or using multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion, will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger account suspension.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While bonus funds are active, the maximum single bet or spin is Rp 50.000 unless stated otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: suka28 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, and coordinated multi-account exploitation. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.

7.1 Game Fairness. All games on the suka28 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited by recognized third-party testing agencies. Live dealer games are streamed from secure studio environments with unedited footage and multiple camera angles. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published transparently in each game's information panel.

7.2 Bet Validity. A bet is deemed accepted and final once confirmed by the suka28 system and a confirmation reference number is generated. suka28 is not liable for bets not received due to internet connectivity issues on the Player's end. In the event of a system error, suka28 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player balances.

7.3 Sports Betting. For sports markets — including bandar bola (sports bookmaking) markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup and Piala AFF — the following apply:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to apply.
• In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, suka28 will apply standard void rules in line with international sports betting conventions.
• Maximum payout per single bet slip is Rp 500.000.000.

7.4 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are based on official results published by the respective international lottery operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). suka28 does not influence draw outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between our recorded result and the official source, the official source result shall prevail.

7.5 Technical Malfunctions. suka28 is not responsible for losses incurred due to technical malfunctions caused by third-party software providers. In cases of demonstrable game malfunction, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction event are not payable.

suka28 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following self-control tools to all registered Players, accessible via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after preset play durations.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel gambling is becoming a problem. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the suka28 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information
• Operating multiple accounts under the same or different identities
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such errors must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform
• Abusing bonus systems through hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account strategies
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any suka28 software, content, or intellectual property
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing suka28 staff or other Players
• Attempting to access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited without proper legal authority

All content available on the suka28 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, audio, video, and the overall user interface design — is the exclusive property of suka28 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the suka28 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any suka28 content without our express prior written consent.

Game titles, artwork, and associated intellectual property displayed on suka28 remain the exclusive property of their respective owners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other licensed providers. Any unauthorized use of third-party game intellectual property is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, suka28 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the suka28 platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and under any theory of liability
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, banking system downtime, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate game odds, statistics, or information published by third-party data providers integrated into the platform

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of suka28 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

suka28 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data protection commitments include:

• All data transmissions are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption
• KYC documents are stored in access-controlled, encrypted environments
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketing firms
• You retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding non-cleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to outstanding wagering obligations.

13.2 Termination by suka28. suka28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Evidence of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or AML violations
• Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy)
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

13.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. suka28 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying a monthly dormant account administration fee of Rp 10.000 until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated. No fee is applied to accounts with a zero balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to the jurisdiction in which suka28 is licensed and incorporated.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact suka28 customer support in writing, providing full details of your complaint. We commit to acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. If a resolution is not reached through direct negotiation within 30 days, the matter may be referred to an independent arbitration body mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

suka28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notice to the registered address or via a prominent notification upon login, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the suka28 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document identify the currently operative version. Archive copies of previous versions are available upon written request to our support team.
